Appaloosa Development LLC, consists of two General Partners, Abe Mikota and Steve Dreben.  They are both in the loan and development industry.   Chris Storseth has been retained as Real Estate Broker and General Project Manager.  Please take a moment to get to know them.

Steve Dreben is currently in the Mortgage business in Oregon.  He is a man of many talents.  An author, developer, and Mortgage Broker, he has the vision to turn ideas into reality.   He is an Honor Graduate from the American School of Mortgage Banking.  He also spent time in the University of Illinois, receiving a BS/BA in Science and Political Science.   Steve also has a MBIS/MBA business degree from the West Coast University. In addition to all of this, Steve has co-developed two similar condominium projects in Oregon and California.

Abe Mikota, is a star in the mortgage industry.  Under thirty years old, he has already been recognized as the "Top Producer" for First Horizon Home Loans in the United States.  Abe is a Montana native, and he hopes to bring some of his success home to Helena.  Abe is currently the Vice President of a large commercial lender in Oregon.  His business savvy and obvious talent in the real estate industry has led him into land development in the United States and Costa Rica

Chris Storseth is the Project Director of the Helena Regency Condominiums and Real Estate Broker.  He is also a Montana Native.  He spent ten years in Illinois and learned the Real Estate and Construction trades.  He is currently a Broker for Walden Properties.  He is a multi -million dollar producer. His success is due to his integrity in business and his innovative ideas set him apart from the humdrum.
